These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 8k8 app4 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 8k8 app4 website or mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using 8k8 app4 and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of 8k8 app4, including registered players, visitors browsing the platform, and any person accessing the platform from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where access is permitted.

To register and use 8k8 app4, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gambling regulations and is non-negotiable. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing any real-money gaming features on 8k8 app4.

8k8 app4 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access real-money gaming features on 8k8 app4, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on 8k8 app4. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 8k8 app4 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 8k8 app4 support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account to prevent further unauthorized activity.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

8k8 app4 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC verification may require you to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

8k8 app4 supports deposits and withdrawals through approved Philippine payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 8k8 app4 account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. 8k8 app4 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party payment sources not registered in your own name.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱1. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used. 8k8 app4 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 8k8 app4 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending KYC verification requirements.

8k8 app4 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or review of compliance with bonus wagering requirements.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all deposit and withdrawal details you provide are accurate. 8k8 app4 will not be liable for funds lost due to incorrect payment details provided by you. All transactions are final once processed and cannot be reversed except in cases of verified technical error.

8k8 app4 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• 8k8 app4 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and partially wagered will be honored under the original terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or abuse of promotional terms will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions are not eligible to receive or claim bonuses.

Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

6.1 Fair Play and RNG

All games on 8k8 app4 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. 8k8 app4 does not alter game outcomes in favor of or against any individual player.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, 8k8 app4 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated during a verified technical malfunction may be voided. 8k8 app4 will not be liable for losses incurred due to technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures on the player's end.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 8k8 app4. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, games, or security systems.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform to conceal the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 8k8 app4 support immediately.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 8k8 app4 staff through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on 8k8 app4, including but not limited to the platform name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive intellectual property of 8k8 app4 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from 8k8 app4 without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any 8k8 app4 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of 8k8 app4 intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us through the details provided in Section 14.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8k8 app4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

8k8 app4 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that any particular game will be available at any given time.

In no event shall 8k8 app4's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8k8 app4 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

8k8 app4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Extended period of account inactivity, as defined in our account management policies.

Upon termination of your account, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and compliance review.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 8k8 app4 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Pending withdrawals at the time of closure will continue to be processed in accordance with standard procedures.

8k8 app4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of 8k8 app4 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use after the effective date will be deemed acceptance of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of 8k8 app4, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact our support team to initiate the dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

Nothing in this section shall prevent 8k8 app4 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
